Nice to meet you, I’m Jun Sasaki.
I’ve been running my own business for 13 years, based in Tokyo.
The term “solopreneur” has emerged in the age of AI, so I describe my occupation that way. (Because it’s easy, lol)
My main business is producing entertainment goods. I started my creative skills at Adobe, learned front-end development on the job, and learned back-end development on my own. Now I can do anything as a full-stack developer.
However, with the rise of AI, development will become surprisingly easy, and many of my previous skills may become unnecessary.
So… what should I do next?
I started a publishing and media business.
Broadly speaking, I call it “IP manufacturing.”
I write stories of the future to spread the idea of how to live and think in the age of AI, and to inspire people to rethink their lives in a positive way.

◼️The Road to 2112 (Story Project)
“The Road to 2112” is a series of short stories set in the near-future world up until 2112, depicting the coexistence of humans and robots.
The stories are inspired by current news, developed into hypotheses about the future, and sublimated into fiction.
Through themes such as technological evolution, social transformation, shifts in values, and emotional changes, we hope that readers will be inspired to make more positive choices now.

◎ By the way
2112 is the year Doraemon was born.
It’s not science fiction, but rather a “slightly fantastical” science fiction inspired by Fujiko F. Fujio.

■ StudyRiver (Future Thinking Media)
Under the theme of “Prepare for the next 10 years, change your choices now,” we publish articles and thought-provoking questions about the future of society, work, and technology.
These articles are not intended to provide clear answers, but rather to encourage deep, multifaceted, mid- to long-term thinking. Some of these articles will develop into stories in the “Road to 2112” series.
I hope you will read the articles and come back to read them again.

■ Bonfilet (Goods Project)
Bonfilet is a bracelet that connects a single message. I call it a “message bracelet.”
It is a simple bracelet with connected parts.
However, our goal is to create opportunities for people to connect through objects and turn “possession” into a story.
We are branding based in Japan, but we hope to be able to sell it worldwide soon.

■ Sasakiya Shoten
My core business is the production of entertainment goods and promotional items for companies. I also produce and sell them myself.
I am gradually adapting my EC site to international specifications. I will be adding more Japanese subculture goods, so I hope you will check it out regularly.
■ About this site
The main purpose of this site is to provide a database of e-book publishers.
It also serves as a base (portal site) for various activities.
If you’ve ever wondered “who is this person?”, you’ll find the answer here.
In a word, we are “creators”,
but we also do things like content development, goods sales, and educating people about the uncertain future.
We hope that the encounters you make here will give you new inspiration.
